How buying works
- Pay at checkout. Our payment partner handles the card or UPI payment, tax and your receipt.
- You get an email with your licence key and the download link.
- Open NotchBuddy, paste the key, and your pet moves in.
Why no free trial?
Instead of a time-limited trial you get a 14-day refund: buy it, live with it for two weeks, and if it's not for you, email support@notchbuddy.app and you get your money back.
Which currencies can I pay in?
US dollars everywhere, and rupees in India (UPI and Indian cards). Your bank may convert the amount to your own currency.
Do I need to pay for updates?
No. Every 1.x update is free. If there's ever a 2.0 that's a big leap, it may be a paid upgrade, and 1.x keeps working.
Do you offer invoices for companies?
Yes. The receipt from checkout works as an invoice. If you need your company name or tax ID on it, email support@notchbuddy.app after you buy.
