Refunds

If NotchBuddy isn't right for you, you can get a full refund within 14 days of buying it. No questions asked.

How to ask

Email support@notchbuddy.app with the email address you bought with or your order number. Direct purchases are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, so the refund comes from Dodo Payments (for orders before 6 October 2026 it comes from Polar, under our billing name Nhancio Technologies Private Limited). It goes back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 working days depending on your bank.

Mac App Store purchases

Purchases made on the Mac App Store are refunded by Apple, under Apple's rules, at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can't refund them from our side.

After a refund

Your licence key is deactivated, and NotchBuddy stops working on your Mac. Your notes and settings stay on it.
