These terms are between you and Approtic Solution Private Limited (Hyderabad, Telangana, India), the maker of NotchBuddy.

Your licence

• One purchase gives you a personal licence to use NotchBuddy on one Mac at a time that you own or use. The key can be moved to another Mac by deactivating it on the first one. Sharing, reselling or publishing your key isn't allowed and gets the key turned off.
• The licence doesn't expire. It includes every 1.x update.
• You may not resell, share publicly or redistribute your licence key or the app.

Purchases

Purchases are processed by our payment partner as merchant of record, which also issues your receipt and handles applicable taxes. Refunds follow our refund policy.

The software

NotchBuddy is provided as is. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we can't guarantee it will be free of bugs or work with every Mac configuration. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version applies to purchases made after the change, and we'll update the date above.
